Our practice flows out of a Christian view of organizations and the world.

We believe every church—and every organization—bears God’s image in a unique way.

We believe organizations are part of the world God created and intended for image-bearers to follow his work in the creation mandate.

We also believe that Redemption is possible too, especially where we can overcome dysfunction with the proactive pursuit of flourishing.

Every line of work has famous flaws. In consulting, they tend to look like:
