Getting Started

How will we know which shape of work fits your church best right now?

  1. Good Fit Conversation

This free, initial conversation is often 1-on-1, with a church’s pastor or a thoughtful elder. Over 45 minutes (& sometimes less), we’ll listen to what’s going on in your church and determine whether we’re the right people to help. If we both sense a Good Fit, we’ll move on to …

  2. SESSION CONVERSATION

This free, 1-hour conversation moves our listening to the Session level, enabling elders to feel included and heard. It also broadens our sense of whether we continue to see Good Fit in one another (or not) and, if we do, what starting point makes the most sense. We’ll never ask you to make a decision on this call.

  3. STRATEGIC STARTING POINT

Your church is unique, and at a unique place in its Story. So we’ll begin with the place and scale that fit you best, whether that’s one-time insight, or the beginning of an ongoing relationship.
